Melvin founded Romel Ventures after building enterprise relationships across East Africa's insurance and financial sector through his work with Curacel. He leads Romel's go-to-market, AI, and ecosystem strategy. Every framework Romel teaches comes from work done directly with founders, not theory borrowed from elsewhere.
